The GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN CULTURAL EDUCATION is a project of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts - Philippine Cultural Education Program. In Mindanao,Western Mindanao State University. Zamboanga City is one of the partner higher educational institutions for the program implementation. The program is being managed by the College of Education WMSU. This is an intensive one-month summer program which will start on April 22, 2012 and end on May 18, 2013. This program deals more on pedagogical approach in the incorporation of culture and arts in classroom teaching rather than on skills-based training.
